We took a trip to New York with Thomas Tours and it was a wonderful experience. There were outlets, TVs, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip!
You need to consolidate your pick up points.(7 is too many). On the one trip I took with Thomas Tours we spent as much time picking up passengers than it took to drive to the destination. would not be very much of a problem for some to drive a short distance to another pickup point. This would greatly improve the travel time.
This is also the same feeling that I have discussed with several others.
